The Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Unit in İzan Clinical Guest House includes eight treatment rooms outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment, as well as a spacious rehabilitation gym. All pre-operation, post-operation and exercise, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitations are taken care of by specialist doctor and physiotherapists, with most advanced devices.

Some of the health conditions treated in the unit include spinal cord injuries, head traumas, stroke, MS, cerebral palsy and other neurological disorders as well as orthopedic disorders and rheumatological conditions such as osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia.

Basic physical therapy: Electrotherapy treatments with the use of ultrasound therapy, TENS, infrared therapy and combined electrotherapy devices.

Advanced physical therapy: Laser therapy, magnetic field therapy, extracorporeal shock-wave therapy (ESWT) are used to create therapeutic effects such as pain reduction, increased circulation and decreased swelling.

Specialized rehabilitation programs including the use of CPM (continuous passive motion) and Compex (electric muscle stimulator) devices.
